We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website, to handle contact and investor enquiries, and to ensure technical and organisational security.

When our website is accessed, technical information is automatically processed (e.g. IP address, date/time of access, page accessed, volume of data transferred, browser and operating system). This processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation).

When you use our contact form, we process the data you provide (first and last name, email address, optionally phone number and area of interest) in order to handle your enquiry and to contact you.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (efficient handling of communications).

To send form enquiries and confirmation emails we use the service Resend (Resend, Inc.). The form data you enter is processed for the purpose of email delivery.

Resend, Inc. is based in the USA. Use of the service involves a transfer of data to the USA, safeguarded by appropriate guarantees within the meaning of Articles 44 et seq. GDPR (standard contractual clauses or, where certified, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR is in place with Resend.

A background video hosted by a third-party provider (Supabase, Supabase Inc., USA) is loaded on the home page. When the video loads, your IP address is transmitted to this provider, as this is technically necessary for delivery. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in an appealing presentation). The transfer to the USA is safeguarded by appropriate guarantees under Articles 44 et seq. GDPR.

We use fonts that are hosted and served locally from our own server (self-hosted). No connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts) is therefore established when the page is loaded.

This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies and no tracking tools. In the protected investor area, only a technically necessary cookie for session management is set (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We use technical service providers that process data on our behalf — in particular our hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), the email service provider Resend, Inc. (USA), and Supabase Inc. (USA) for delivering media content. Data processing agreements pursuant to Article 28 GDPR have been concluded with these providers where required.

Personal data is stored only for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations. We regularly review enquiries from the contact form for necessity and delete them as soon as no retention obligations or legitimate interests stand in the way.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
